The Smoke Tower

Our society is in need of a change. A change towards sustainability,

a goal that needs to be at the heart of all our concepts and creations. A change towards a world that is greater and better than before. Architects and designers are at the forefront of this new design world. With their vision and leadership, a change towards a sustainable world is possible.

 

Luvère Studio has been influenced by the rise of atmospheric carbon emissions and rampant forest fires. The Smoke Tower Installation is a moving lighting installation that uses smoke as a diffuser, referencing the effects of forest fire smoke on sunlight. 

 

The design is an attempt to highlight the need to address climate change, not only with everything we do, but with everything we create as well.

The Smoke Tower will be presented at IDS Toronto 2020 as part of the Luvère Studio Bar.
